Cosmetic laser treatments can also help you get rid of unwanted hair on your face and body as well as remove unsightly spider veins and facial telangiectasia. Cosmetic laser treatments are also great for treating vascular lesions such as warts, birthmarks, angiomas, rosacea etc
One of the latest advancements in cosmetic laser is the advent of Laser Genesis for facial/skin rejuvenation. This is an amazing treatment which promotes collagen growth to replace lost skin volume which occurs naturally with age.
Laser treatments are for everyone that wants to invest in their most important asset (their personal appearance), with little time investment and little downtime.
How Does Cosmetic Laser Treatments Work?
The Excel V Laser is a very versatile laser used for medical cosmetic treatments. It operates at the 532nm and 1064nm wavelengths. The 532nm wavelength is best for superficial pigmented lesions whereas the 1064nm wavelength is better for deeper vascular lesions such as spider veins. Whatever your skin condition, we can help you achieve a more youthful and blemish free skin.
The laser uses a single beam of light at a certain wavelength. This is much better than IPL which uses a non-focused beam of many wavelengths. With laser, we can target the areas we want to treat without affecting the surrounding tissue. This basically means fewer treatments, less risk of burns and most importantly better results.
